In the 2020 presidential election, 74 million people voted for Trump (81 million for Biden, a historic record turnout of voters for a presidential election).
74 million people in this country wanted a guy who has a history of extra-marital affairs, a cozy relationship with international enemies of our country (Vladimir Putin), apathological liar, an inarticulate communicator, a misogynistic brute, a mocker of people with disabilities, an anti-environmentalist, a ‘for the rich only’ crony, an antagonistic enemy of minorities, and the instigator of the January 6th siege on our nation’s Capitol Building–that resulted in the deaths and injuries of federal officers and civilians.
And with all these nefarious and dangerous character flaws, at least 74 million Americans desperately want this man (and many political acolytes like him) in power running our city/state/federal government! This is criminal, motley, racist, brutish, dictator-esque politics at its core…enemies of our democracy!
Every decent, law-abiding, intelligent, family-centered, hardworking, and concerned American needs to actively push back against these political brutes that are eroding the decency and democracy of America. ‘We the people’ need to make it known that such corrosive, corrupt, dogmatic politicians like Trump and their scandalous agendas aren’t welcome!
