THE U.S. CONSTITUTION Notes: On a War Document (Pt 2)

Reading Time: < 1 minute

“To whites, Blacks not incarcerated simply have not been caught, or the prisons lack the room to accommodate our entire population.”

Dr. Charshee McIntyre

Black people in America must realize that warfare strategies against us are completely compatible to the constitutional order. The forefathers of this stolen land established (4) fundamental characteristics of African slavery that exist today.

1) Slavery-Those individuals who are subjected to it are identified as Black, Indian, Mulatto, and Mestizo. Religious status is irrelevant.

2) Slave status is/was derived from the legal condition of the mother. The white slave owners who drafted this document actually used the common law (civil law rule) “Partus Sequitur Ventrem” the condition of the offspring follows that of the womb.

3) Slavery is a lifetime condition, which distinguishes it from indentured servitude

4) The slave is reduced to a condition of property, a negotiable commodity – a human being reduced to a condition of a thing.

The 3/5 three-fifths clause- Article 1, section 2- Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within the union, according to their perspective numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole number of free persons including those bound to service for a term of years and excluding Indians not taxed, 3/5 of all other persons – ALL OTHER PERSONS ARE BLACK PEOPLE!
