PHILADELPHIA, September 1, 2022 – The Enterprise Center seeks to bring the best support to minority-owned and small businesses. Through the growth of its network and services, the organization has welcomed a highly skilled external candidate and promoted two longtime staff members to fulfill leadership roles. Rendell Bradley is joining as a Project Director for the Pennsylvania MBDA Business Center, Courtney Wilborn has been promoted to Vice President of Lending for the Enterprise Center Capital Corporation, and Elizabeth McGinsky has been promoted to Vice President of Communications.

Rendell Bradley is an executive with forty years of sales and marketing management, human resource management, training, and development experience working for various Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox, Pitney Bowes, Konica Minolta, and Nemours Children’s Hospital. In addition to his tenure as a channel manager, general manager, and business analyst, he serves as an adjunct professor at Wilmington University, teaching business marketing and leadership courses. Rendell also provides volunteer consultative advice to non-profit organizations to help improve their key performance indicators through total quality management principles and strategies.
Courtney Wilborn has over 20 years of experience in financial services in a wide range of industries. He has provided his strong financial and entrepreneurial leadership to major corporations such as Citi, HSBC, PNC, Legacy Partners, and EY. In addition, he has successfully guided corporate business development through his effective strategic insight.
Courtney manages capital loans and provides finance strategies for non-profit and for-profit entities. In addition, he conducts seminars on financial strategy, business operations, and capital securing. He specializes in small businesses by providing technical assistance for loans and operations.
Elizabeth McGinsky has an extensive background in research, data collection, and analysis with a specific focus on storytelling through digital media. She has been with The Enterprise Center since 2015 in various sectors before transitioning into her current role as the Vice President of Communications. In this role she will be responsible for ensuring that BIPOC small business owners are given the attention and assistance they deserve. Elizabeth graduated from Temple University with a Masters in Anthropology and Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology.
