Teamster’s Local 107 Workers in Chester Get Hazard Pay

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many of the employees who’ve been working through this crisis received hazard pay, and rightfully so. Unfortunately, employees from Teamster’s Local 107 did not receive their hazard pay. 

On Friday, January 14th, Mayor Thaddeus Kirkland held a press conference to address and rectify the situation, flanked at the podium by Councilman William Morgan, Councilwoman Elizabeth Williams, Councilwoman Portia West, Councilman Stephon Roots, Teamster’s Local 107 Business Agent and State Representative David Delloso, and Shop Stewards Mr. Bowers and Mr. Simosimsky.
