On Sunday, December 19, Supreme Gospel Entertainment entered its 23rd year of Touching All Communities with toys, food, and more. Sherri Y. Johnson (Supreme Gospel), along with original outreach partner Shelly Williams (Urban X-pressions), Sadina Davis (Create the Look Staffing), and Tonya Ginyard (Esther Productions) began helping underserved communities since the 1990s before all their companies were formed.
It would start by personally adopting a few families then it grew into outreach parties, utility bill assistance events, and food/toy/school supply giveaways.
This year, due to COVID-19 still being active, the partners decided to make this year’s toy giveaway a distribution-only event again. Families pre-registered online, and as they arrived, they waited for their names to be called for their packages. Each family received food, snacks, and other items. In addition to the toys.
