Successful ways to secure more clients

Reading Time: 3 minutes

With COVID-19, you may have noticed that more businesses have popped up online and that existing businesses have expanded to offer various services and products to more people. Our team here at Supreme Gospel Entertainment constantly seeks new and innovative ways to engage more clients and offer the best services to meet their needs.
Here are five strategies we have implemented to help broaden our reach and increase clientele. Perhaps these tips will help you as you begin to build your business.
Identify Your Ideal Client
You need to have a clear vision of who you’re targeting and why. It is easier to get new customers if you know how to address their needs. Go over your services or products and think of what type of individuals would benefit from such.
Streamline your focus and avoid painting each potential consumer or client with a broad brush. For example, Supreme Gospel Entertainment caters to the promotional needs of primarily independent music artists but works with businesses, churches, and nonprofits desirous of enhancing community relations through music.
The Answer is YOU!
Keep in mind that your potential clients must know you and or your company is the best in class. You must give them a good reason to try your services or products because you want to keep them as loyal customers. You must show your value by fully sharing a complete understanding of your field. Whether it is through workshops, seminars, live streaming events, or social media networks, let people see that you are indeed an expert in your industry and can make things happen. YOU are the answer. No need to be cocky about it, but you can definitely showcase your skills so that your professionalism will speak for itself.
3.Geographic Location of Your Customer
For some businesses location of potential clients matter. For others, it does not, but it is your responsibility to research the expansiveness of your target audience. You may discover that attending conventions or conferences will help increase your clientele. If you are more locally based and not able to ship products readily, you may need to readjust.
If you are offering services, then the locality of the client may not matter as much. You may be able to better increase revenue by doing online events and coordinating virtual functions. A lot of our clients come from different parts of the country as we offer various flexible services, so their geographic location is not as essential as it would be for other entities.
Direct Response Marketing
Increase potential clientele by creating an action plan, such as a subscription to your email list for updates or discounts. Creating appealing ads for your target market that are interactive and engaging just may improve your bottom line. Research which direct marketing techniques are best at producing results for your particular business. Ensure that your ads or messages convey how much of an asset your business would be to them and how it would make life a little easier or pleasurable for them.
Follow Up
As you continue to build your brand, do not forget to follow up with simple tasks. It is often the simple things that we forget (i.e., sending an estimate, calling a client back, connecting with a business associate, etc.). There are times that opportunities are wasted because a lead was not followed up on in a timely fashion. Please value your time and that of your potential client or business partner. They may be just as busy as you, so be deliberate about the follow-up and turn that into a money-making experience.
Although there are tons more tips we can outline, these five will help you get started on the path of success. We are ceaselessly learning how to evolve and offer our growing clients the best while adjusting to each client individually. You must find the balance to ensure your clients get the most high-quality service you have available. Keep the vision in plain view and acquire your customers or clients by enacting techniques that will allow you to have multiple e-streams of income.
