The last time the city celebrated its Senior Holiday Luncheon was in December 2019. Fast forward to 2021, and Chester’s seniors finally got the opportunity to fellowship with family, friends, civic and community leaders.
The Holiday Senior Luncheon has been a yearly event for more than a decade, and it’s the social highlight for many senior residents. With a global pandemic raging for the better part of two years, the attendees were absolutely thrilled to see one another and engage in some pre-holiday celebration.
