December 28, 2021 PHA has more than made good on its promise to develop or preserve 6,000affordable housingunits in a five-year period, under a plan dubbed “six-in-five” whenit launched in 2014. The timeline was extended because of pandemic delays, but PHA – and partners funded by PHA have built or renovated a total of 6,441 housing units.
“We feel a deep sense ol accomplishmentin meeting our goals, but we live in a city with such tremendous need that it feels as though our work has really only just begun,” said PHA President and CEO Kelvin A.
