There are many people born good. Yes, goodness is in the genes. There are many people born evil. Yes, evilness can also be encoded onto genes. In fact, it was done so some 6,000 years ago to certain people.
There is another phenomenon related to evil, but it is not genetically based. That is “low humanness.” There are many people, raised as children on a continuous diet of little compassion, little caring, unloved, that when they become adults they adopt a very cold, callous approach to life in any form, humans or animals.
