NORRISTOWN, PA – Montgomery County Voter Services Office announced that it will hold a Telephone Town Hall on September 28 at 6 p.m. to provide voters with the information they need to make their voice heard in this November’s General Election.
During the Telephone Town Hall, Commissioner Kenneth Lawrence, Chair of the Montgomery County Board of Elections, Lee Soltysiak, Chief Clerk of the Board of Elections, and Dori Sawyer, Director of Elections will go over how to register to vote, applying for an absentee or mail-in ballot, finding a polling place, signing up to be a poll worker and more.
County leaders will also review important dates that every Montgomery County Voter should know ahead of the November 8th election. Each member of the panel will speak for a few minutes, and then it will be the public’s turn to ask voting-related questions.
Residents interested in participating in the Telephone Town Hall should fill out the registration form at https://www.montcopa.org/VotingTownHall. Those who sign up will be called at their submitted telephone number shortly before the Town Hall begins to join the call.
The 2022 General Election will take place on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
Voters in Montgomery County have several options to cast their ballot:
Vote In Person
Vote by Absentee Ballot or Mail-in Ballot
No matter which option you choose, residents must be registered to vote by Monday, October 24, 2022.
