Let me reintroduce myself, my name is Dr. Leslie Grace, and I have more degrees than a thermometer. I realized that those degrees did not add equity to my bank account, and I was robbing Peter to give to Hakeem. There was too much month at the end of the month. The hustle of life had mastered me.

Many years ago, I founded Elements of the Community, Inc. providing educational, media relations, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship programming for the community. I am dedicated to increasing the Financial Capabilities of Young America and their Families. I am committed to teaching children and their families about ownership.
Everyone is an Element of the Community, and the goal is to reconnect, elevate, uplift, and expand an individual’s economic status in the community. Every child should have an opportunity to continue their education and/or develop Startup companies. Their zip code should not determine their outcome. We are removing barriers and giving children a fair CHANCE AT LIFE.
