In today’s world, we hear the media sycophants, talking heads, and politicians rattle off numbers in the millions, billions, and trillions, yet most of us know very little about those numbers and what it means for us personally or the economy and social system… For example, since the COVID crisis, US billionaires have increased their wealth hugely. I don’t begrudge anyone being successful, but the super-rich has increased their wealth exponentially all too often at our expense.
