Thanksgiving is over, and most of us are preparing for Christmas, but in the wrong way. Because we have a misconception of what Christmas is all about.
What does Christmas mean to you? To some folk, it means hard work. The stores are crowded with shoppers, the post office is overflowing with mail, and the trains, buses, and planes are transporting record crowds. To some, Christmas means that Santa is coming with his sleigh full of goodies.
Then to some Christmas means a visit home. Surely this is the best time of all the year to be with family and friends. To some people, Christmas is a time of sorrow, loneliness, and sad memories. They look back over the year and think of the loved ones who have left them since last Christmas. Then to some Christmas means its party time.
