Counting from Tuesday, August 9th up until Tuesday, November 8th, we have 88 days until the General Election. The General Election across our nation is Tuesday, November 8th. On that date, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will hold elections for the following offices: Governor and Lieutenant Governor (on one ticket), U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, Pennsylvania State Senate, Pennsylvania House of Representatives, and various others.
Do you know who you would vote for, if the election were tomorrow?
To a large degree I like believing that people who read the SCOOP Newspaper are astute people and people who pay attention. You are sharp. You catch mistakes and misinformation when crazy stuff gets out in our neighborhoods. You are grassroots leaders. You own small businesses in some instances. You’re block captains and committee people and all levels of elected officials. You are pastors and preachers and school teachers. You are union leaders. You are doctors and nurses, on a coffee break, reading the SCOOP.
The SCOOP Newspaper is well circulated considering we have a small staff–as compared to the mainstream daily newspapers of Philadelphia, for example.
