After going to New York recently for an in-person live and intimate listening party for new artist Lena Byrd Miles, the invited industry elite got an up-close experience of her feel-good music and soulful persona. Reared in the Oakland Bay Area, Lena has been singing since the age of four.
Coming from a musical family, where her father plays bass, and her mother plays the organ, she began her singing career at her grandfather’s church. Lena’s vocal style recently caught the attention of Grammy-Award-winning producer and president of My Block Family Inc, Warryn Campbell, and joined the My Block Family Inc. group.
