Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, Nelson has been a mainstay in the gospel music scene since 2005. Known for his stirring vocals and life-changing lyrics, he has delivered fan favorites like “Shifting the Atmosphere,” “Nothing Without You,” “I Am,” and “Forever,” collectively amassing over 100 million digital streams. His 2021 studio album, Close, included the No. 1 hit “Residue” as well as collaborations with R&B icon Chrisette Michele.
