Reading Time: < 1 minute

“When you deny the political prisoners of a people, then you are in fact denying the validity of their struggle.”
Assata Shakur
Brother Jamil’s life is a strong uncompromising lesson for every African to learn from. He has set countless examples of leadership, love, endurance, and Kujichagulia. There are literally hundreds of Black Political prisoners that need our assistance and aid. The Black community must never be allowed to forget that enslaved people who do not respect and honor those who struggle against their enslavement are doomed to remain slaves forever.
Black political prisoners represent the best we have to offer and have served with honor, courage, and dedication for over 40 years with little or no recognition, thanks, or assistance.
