Independence Blue Cross (IBX) is holding free events and online webinars to help existing members learn more about Medicare. Attendees can learn about different plans, discuss their current plans, or simply learn more about Medicare in general. All events will include:
Overview of IBX’s 2025 Medicare Advantage plans
-Medicare basics
-Dental, vision, and hearing benefits
-Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (Part D) benefits
-In-person member events will take place on the following dates and locations:
Tuesday, November 19, Springfield County Club, 400 W Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064
Monday, November 25, Marriott Philadelphia West, 111 Crawford Ave, Conshohocken, PA 19428
Current members can sign up for an in-person member event or watch an on-demand virtual webinar to explore their 2025 plan benefits. Visit ibxmedicare.com/2025webinar to view available dates and times. For questions, current members can call the number on the back of their member ID card to speak with our Member Help Team about their current Medicare Advantage plan or 2024 options.
Prospective members can talk to a licensed sales agent over the phone or schedule a home visit to help them choose and enroll in an Independence Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan by calling 1-877-393-6733 (TTY/TDD: 711) seven days a week, from 8 am to 8 pm. Please note that on weekends and holidays from April 1 to September 30, your call may be sent to voicemail.
