I just happened to stop into this sandwich shop for a quick bite, and to my absolute delight, I was able to capture this photo.
The young lady who waited on me was extremely personable and exceptionally pleasant. There was something odd in her appearance though.
That something odd was noticeable immediately, as she was holding an infant. She wasn’t just holding the infant; she was feeding the baby and ringing up my order simultaneously. As I waited patiently for my order, I was awestruck by the tenacity and overall intestinal fortitude of this young mother. She had no babysitter or child care on that day, so she did the most logical thing.
