Canada is one of the favorite international destinations for those looking for work abroad. Immigration accounts for nearly 100% of Canada’s workforce growth, according to Canadian government data. Approximately 75% of Canada’s population growth comes from immigration, mainly in the economic category. The Canadian government has finally recognized the need for more female business owners and leaders. That is why it has committed to investing serious money into improving gender parity in the workforce, startup, and corporate worlds.
