Philadelphia, PA – The Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus and Temple University Lenfest North Philadelphia Workforce Initiative will host its in-person 14th Annual Neighborhood Job Fair on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 10AM to 2:30PM, LOCATION: AramarkSTAR Complex (indoor football field), 1800 North 15th Street, Philadelphia, PA (corner of 15th & Montgomery Avenue). Adult job seekers, recent college grads, and U.S. military veterans are strongly urged to attend. Come dressed to impress and bring plenty of resumes.
Mayor Jim Kenney will be in attendance, welcome remarks from members of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus, and special pre-recorded video remarks from Governor Tom Wolf and Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor Jennifer Berrier.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN PLACE
Although COVID-19 safety rules are being relaxed nationwide, attendees must wear masks during event, temperature readings will be initiated for each person entering the job fair, hand sanitizer will be made available to all attendees, and social distancing will be enforced. “We are excited to offer this in-person public job fair to support area job seekers that are eager to get back into the workforce. Come get hired…spread the word! Our job fair coincides with the re-opening of small businesses and major corporations located locally and throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This is our modest way of buttressing the robust hiring needs of area employers,” said Michael Robinson, Director of Community Outreach and Hiring/Temple University Lenfest North Philadelphia Workforce Initiative.
