The City of Chester is sponsoring Free Fans for residents in an effort to give some relief in the heatwave we’re experiencing now and in the coming weeks.
The giveaway is limited to seniors or anyone experiencing a disability. You must show identification, and there are eligibility requirements.
Fans will be distributed in the lobby of Chester City Hall located at 1 East Fourth Street, Chester, PA. They will be available Monday through Friday from 11:30 am – 3:30 pm. In addition, residents can contact the Community Action Agency of Delaware County (CAADC) for free fans, as well as air conditioners, while supplies last. For more information, contact CAADC at 610-883-4442.
