It’s been a very fruitful summer for residents, vendors, and visitors alike with the implementation of the Chester Food Truck Festival & Pop-Up Shops, held on the city’s main thoroughfare, Avenue of the States, commonly referred to as Overtown by natives of Chester.
Residents came out to the city’s business district to unwind, socialize, and enjoy delicious dishes prepared by local vendors. These events have grown to include musical acts and vendors from outside the city showcasing their wares.
