With the 2022 Theme “Celebrating Life, Live Drug-Free,” the Chester Chaplains Corp acknowledged youth, community leaders, and police officers for promoting drug-free communities.
Last months ceremony, held at the Chester Police Administration Building, was sponsored by Holcomb Behavior Health Services and funded by Delaware County Human Services, Drug and Alcohol Division. Also, in partnership with the Chester PA NAACP Local Branch Religious Affairs Committee, Lady Chaplain, and Chester Community Engagement.
Hosted by Chaplain Lisa R. Dennis, this yearly event focused on acknowledging youth, community leaders, and police officers for promoting drug-free communities
