Premier American rail passenger service to help launch new LGBTQ career networking organization chapter in Washington DC to fill 4,000 new jobs
NEW YORK, NY, December 14, 2022 — Out Professionals, a nonprofit career, networking and education organization for LGBTQ professionals, announced a corporate partnership with Amtrak. The partnership will help champion a new Out Pro chapter in Washington DC. As part of Amtrak’s partnership, employees of Amtrak, including their ExpressPride Employee Resource Group (ERG), will receive complimentary memberships to Out Pro, which entitles them to free attendance at networking and career-building events, a skills-building library, and more. Amtrak can also recruit employees from Out Pro’s diverse membership, which will enable Amtrak to help find new employees with networking opportunities and tools for career advancement.
