Today is a Good Day Delivers Thanksgiving Meals to Local NICU Families

Today is a Good Day volunteers delivered 345 Thanksgiving meals to area hospitals for families spending the holiday in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with their babies.   

FLOURTOWN, PA (December 1, 2021) — Today is a Good Day, a local non-profit providing personal and financial support to families who experience the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) provided 345 meals to families spending the Thanksgiving holiday in the NICU.    

Meals were delivered to families at sixteen (16) hospitals including Jefferson Abington Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Einstein Medical Center Montgomery, Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, Holy Redeemer Hospital, Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, Virtua Hospital, Temple University Hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital and St. Luke’s University Health Network Allentown, Anderson and Quakertown Campuses. Additionally, Today is a Good Day delivered meals to two hospital partners in the mid-west, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and Bronson Children’s Hospital. Today is a Good Day partnered with The Fresh Market in Chestnut Hill, to provide the meals to local NICU families. Staff and families responded to the meals with gratitude.
