Career and Technical Education (CTE) will always be significant for those who aren’t interested in pursuing higher education. For these students, it’s important to remember that some would like to get involved in trades. This is why, for many years, the School District has implemented a variety of CTE programs for the youth. Ben Franklin High School is one of those schools that offers these programs. The programs include Computer-Aided Drafting and Design, Facility and Property Maintenance, Precision Machine Tool Technology, and Welding Technology. The introduction of these programs comes after many years of the School District trying to expand a student’s interest.
