My SCOOP USA Family and Friends, Praise Be! Peace and Blessings, Much Love, and Great Respect to every one of You!
Today, we embark on a journey that everyone must buy into and encourage everyone to do the same. As always, I will continue to speak to our Brothers and Sisters who are lost and gun-hoe on and in the path of ruthless, destructive, and painful behaviors that continue to tear apart the civility, tranquility, and hopefulness of an already beaten-down, poverty-stricken community. Nonetheless, there are individuals, families, organizations, and agencies–private, public, and governmental struggling every day, fighting tooth and nail to make a difference and to bring about changes in these traumatic conditions and dreadful circumstances.
Yes, we are battling these atrocities from every angle, every which way, every day. It is very painful with what we are going through, with all the many outside forces, and now to be bombarded with the multiple shootings, stabbings, killings, all types of social disruptions, and structural breakdowns within the community create unbearable hardships that take away our energy, our resources, our will and our ability to focus on the real matters, problems, and issues at hand.
However, many questions, such as “Why” and “What can we do about all of this?” remain. The Mayor has absolutely taken notice of these painstaking situations! Guns, guns, and more guns are a huge influence in this ongoing carnage pushing people to the edge. Mayor Parker and many elected officials continue to stand firm and confront these tremendous plagues and runaway viruses affecting our communities. We all are aware of the families who have lost “Loved Ones” and are extremely disturbed and overwhelmed as they live through and pray for some sense of social order to be restored. We are hopeful, prayerful, and standing up to bring forth a resounding resolution to make our communities whole again!
I am included in hearing about my young cousin being gunned down this past week! I’m hurt, but I know I must move forward and continue to push forth and appeal to those to find better ways to handle their differences!
Now, Let’s Move On To “CHILL!”
Ladies and Gentlemen, My Brothers and Sisters, there comes a time when we must open our eyes, relax our minds, and ease the flow of our hearts! We must calm down and flow within ourselves! Wow! What a thought!
