PAL is “Cops Helping Kids.” We aspire to be the premier youth-serving organization in the city, by offering enriching free programs designed to provide opportunities to youth they otherwise would not have access to.  We accomplish this by having caring Philadelphia Police Officers, supported by civilians, mentoring youth and offering a variety of educational, athletic, and recreational programs in some of the city’s most under-resourced neighborhoods. PAL operates 15 Community Centers and 3 school based sites that act as safe havens for Philadelphia youth ages 6-18.  To learn more visit www.phillypal.org
