In my job, I’m a Program Director. In my community, I serve as the Founding Past-President of my County Police Chaplain group. In my fraternal organization, I’m a Past Elected State Leader; in my church, I’m an Assistant Pastor. So this message is dedicated to all who serve as Directors, Presidents, Leaders, and Pastors. (The ‘He’ represents both male and female).
If he gets things done, he’s a dictator; If he asks others for advice, he lacks competence. If he has fun, he’s doing it for show; If he does not, he’s not easy to work with.
If he sticks to fundamentals, he’s antique.
